Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return
Photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid lost packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (where applicable) or processed as store credit or exchange, depending on your location and payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
